Prenger's Jewelry was established in 1982 by Bob Prenger and is family-owned and operated. He wanted to specialize in quality jewelry repair with fair pricing. Meeting and exceeding our customers' needs is his priority.
All jewelry repairs are done on-site by our two certified jewelers, Bob and Dan, who have a combined total of over 80 years of experience. In the past couple of years, Greg has joined the team, doing the majority of ring sizings.

We accept cash as well as all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We are a small business and get charged very high credit card fees, therefore a minimum of $15.00 must be spent when using a credit card.
Debit cards are accepted as a form of payment for any amount; entering your PIN may be required for transaction.
We DO NOT accept checks as a form of payment.

No, we unfortunately DO NOT repair watches or clocks; but we DO change dead watch batteries and can adjust watch bands to fit! We also sell watch bands and batteries in-store!
Yes, we DO allow returns!
All items MUST be returned within 2 weeks of purchase date.
Original receipt of item purchased MUST be presented at the time of return.
A $5.00 return fee WILL BE charged to customer in return process if a card was used for the transaction.
In-store credit is a possibility for any items a customer is requesting to return after the 2-week deadline.
Consignment jewelry purchased in our store is NON-RETURNABLE. No exceptions.
No, we are NOT open on Saturday or Sunday!
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm!
Yes, we do offer same-day ring sizing, as long as the ring is in our store before the cutoff time of 1 PM.
We also offer a 1-hour sizing service for an additional charge of $10 or a while-you-wait sizing service for an additional charge of $15!
Yes, we often are able to repair eyeglass frames using our laser welder.
Some frames we are not able to repair due to the material they are made of, so it is best to stop in to have our jewelers take a look at them.
No! Everything we repair is done in-house at our store.
Yes, we do engraving using our hand-engraver.
We do not have a laser engraver.
